Estimated Shipping Time

Estimated shipping date varies. Typical production time for Custom items is 6 - 8 weeks. But please do not hesitate to contact us prior to ordering if you need it sooner. We may be able to accommodate your Rush Order upon request. Please note, business days applies.

Note: All Order Status page is up to date and readily available for your access in your account and from your production e-mail. When your order enters the proofing stage, we request for a prompt response to avoid production delays. As we craft custom, often sentimental items, timely approval ensures your order is completed with care and delivered on schedule.

You have 7 days to provide your feedback. If we do not receive a response within this time frame, we will have to default to the initial proof.



Shipping Policy

All items purchased are shipped with full value insurance.

During the event of Lost or Damaged items during shipping, with the cooperation of the buyer, we will file a claim with the Shipping Company. You will have 7 days from delivery date to report damage or loss for us to open a claim before their deadline. Please refrain from opening a chargeback. It usually takes 120 up to 180 days for chargebacks to be resolved by your institution. Let us process the refund on our end, we just need your cooperation for filing the shipping claim.

No-Cancellation policy applies for all custom orders. Any questions or concerns about products received such as damage and installation should be addressed to us 7 days upon delivery confirmation.

We do not take responsibility for damage or accidents caused by the products upon delivery and acceptance of the items.

Forced return packages are not permitted and not subject to a refund.

CUSTOM DESIGN SIGN: 

We will send you proof for your approval.

They are usually sent after your slab is dry and cut to size to ensure the proper proportion of the design.

Your approved proof is the final design that will be made on your product. Please check the details carefully as any errors on the proof will directly reflect on your final product.

You have 7 days to provide your feedback. If we do not receive a response within this time frame, we will have to default to the initial proof. Also, any chargebacks initiated while an order is still in production will be treated as confirmation that the provided proof was approved.



Live Edge Slab details: We keep the wood as natural as it could be. We admire knots and it may include a branch or two on some, or maybe a naturally missing part of the bark. If you prefer a clean look, please let us know and we will accommodate your preference as much as we can.



Order Process

Here is the procedure for all orders to produce your handcrafted orders.

Wood Sign Care

We use several coats of brushed-on Outdoor Marine Varnish on our Outdoor Finish signs. For indoor signs, we use Real Tung Oil.

If needed, for easier recoating you may use a spray can version of Spar Urethane such as Helmsman© brand following the manufacturer's instructions. Repeat as needed for long-lasting protection.
