However, communication became less responsive when I requested a change to the order—I wanted to make it longer so we have more space for people to sign.Fortunately, they provide a project status tracker, which was helpful in keeping me updated on the progress. They ultimately delivered everything as promised, but it would have been even better if they had communicated about requested changes along the way.

I purchased a sign as a retirement gift for my Dad. I placed my order the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend, and the retirement party was a week away when I placed the order. Since the party was so close, I requested if it could be rushed. ADK responded immediately and were able to get me the custom made sign two days before the party.
