Our sign turned out great! ADKdreamcreations (Queenie) customized to my request. This was a sign for our son's first home and his reaction was "Wonderful!" The process took a while, but with the holidays and the pandemic I allowed for extra time in receiving. The shop owner kept me informed about the actual shipping and the details. I am not sure how it all works, but I thought "Etsy" would send an email when the product was actually shipped. The sign turned out very good and I am very happy with it.
